On the native mount, the center of gravity of the flashlight is behind the mounting axis. As a result, the lantern hangs forward on the bumps. You have to correct it every time. The Mount itself, although universal to all the diameters of the steering wheel, does not hold very much. Slightly drag the bolts can burst plastic. You have to fall short and correct on bump. The one who drives on flat asphalt will not notice this shortage. The one who drives on biting will have to invent something. Thicker elastic, for example. And the lantern itself is great.
